So, with two months to go, I’m excitedly taking new photos, editing, printing, gluing, scratching and painting away…. I’ve limited all of my prints the past few years to runs of 3, 5 or 10. That includes using that file in any way, shape or form….. Some might say that its an irresponsible approach, but I find it works the best for me. It forces me to keep taking pictures… all the time… especially when my favourite and most popular images are running or have already run out. As of lately, I’ve snapping away on my daily walks through the back fields or forest… most days I don’t shoot anything I end up printing, but it’s exciting and refreshing to be so proactive. After letting go of my commercial photography business to pursue fine art full time, I’ve fallen back in love with my camera. Its like reuniting with a best friend.

The Artist Project runs from March 3-6th at the Queen Elizabeth Bldg in the Exhibition Place. Hope to see you all there! I’ll be posting my booth number and other info closer to the date.
